Hat is OK. You need to ship better. Hats were folded and have creases in fabric and bends in the bill thay look terrible. This could have been fixed simply without shipping 3 hats in a box for one

There were loose strands/strings of fabric when I received it but after I cut them away or tucked them out of sight, it looks awesome. Just in time for USA World Cup and 4th of July.
